Overview

We are looking for an AI Developer to join our product and engineering team at DSAR.ai. This role is ideal for someone passionate about AI/ML, eager to apply cutting-edge technologies to real-world compliance problems, and interested in building scalable, secure, and impactful AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI/ML models for text classification, entity recognition, and redaction.
• Work with OCR/NLP pipelines to process documents and extract sensitive information.
• Collaborate with developers to integrate models into production systems.
• Optimize model performance, accuracy, and efficiency for scale.
• Stay updated with the latest AI/LLM tools and apply them to improve DSAR workflows.
• Document experiments, results, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field) OR equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, spaCy).
• Experience with NLP tasks such as classification, entity recognition, and PII detection.
• Familiarity with OCR tools (e.g., Tesseract, Amazon Textract, Google Vision).
• Basic knowledge of deploying ML models via APIs or cloud platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in data privacy, compliance, or legal tech applications.
