Search

To begin your Data Subject Access Request simply load files into DSAR.ai and the Application will process them for you. DSAR.ai will create a comprehensive list identifying and cataloguing each file. This saves you and your team valuable time by accurately automating an otherwise potentially labour intensive task.

Sort

Input the Data Subject’s details and DSAR.ai will process all the files. It will identify:

Those that should be shared with the Data Subject
Those that should not be shared with the Data Subject
Those that need to be checked by you before sharing with the Data Subject.

DSAR.ai will process every document identified for sharing with the Data Subject and redact personal data belonging to anyone else. This ensures you are fulfilling your duty under a DSAR request while also remaining compliant with confidentiality where other data should not be shared.

How DSAR Works Step 4 Image

Report

DSAR.ai will create a redacted PDF. This will contain all content identified for sharing with the Data Subject to fulfil the SAR. You then simply check the final content, make any changes you may require and send to the Data Subject by email or post. The SAR is now complete. You’ll also get an audit document stating how the process was undertaken, and how documents were categorised, reducing the risk of fines and reputational damage possible from mishandled DSARs.

File Format Support

The DSAR.ai application explicitly supports the following file formats and can be directly interpreted as part of the data import phases. Keeping the files in their original format allows the application to extract more insight into each file.

For Example: Importing raw MSG or EML email files allows the application to extract the associated metadata to understand exact recipients or dates and times.

Where a file type does not exist, we have a simple solution! We will consume it and assess the data as long as it can be translated into PDF.
